Terms of Use
Last updated 12 October 2026Effective date 12 October 2026
Please read these Terms carefully. They affect your legal rights. In particular:
- Purchases are non-refundable, including rooms you buy but do not use, except as set out in our Refund Policy or where the law requires otherwise (Section 7).
- chez estimates rooms and measurements from photos. Dimensions, floor plans and elevations are estimates. Verify every measurement on site before you buy, order, fabricate, build or renovate (Section 10).
- If you live in the United States, disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration, and class actions and jury trials are waived. You may opt out within 30 days (Section 25).
- Our liability to you is limited (Sections 22 and 23).
1Agreement and Who We Are
1.1Parties. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Styldod, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Styldod," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of chez by reimaginehome ("chez"). chez includes its websites, web applications, any mobile applications, application programming interfaces, room-building, measurement, drawing, design and sharing features, launch and notification lists, and support channels. It also includes any related services we offer under the chez name. Together, these are the "Service." chez is a product of Styldod, which also operates ReimagineHome AI.
1.2Acceptance. You accept these Terms when you do any of the following:
- (a)create an account;
- (b)tick a box or click a button that indicates acceptance;
- (c)make a purchase; or
- (d)otherwise access or use the Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1.3Other documents. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. They also incorporate any additional terms we present for a specific feature, promotion, plan or purchase ("Additional Terms"). If Additional Terms conflict with these Terms, the Additional Terms control for that feature, promotion, plan or purchase only.
1.4Organizations. You may use the Service on behalf of a business, design practice, brokerage, agency or other organization. If you do, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" includes that organization.
2Definitions
In these Terms, the following terms have these meanings:
- "Account" means the account you create to use the Service.
- "User Content" means any material you upload, submit, enter or provide to the Service. This includes photographs and other images, video, measurements, notes, room names, prompts, design selections, feedback and support materials.
- "Room" means a three-dimensional digital reconstruction of a single interior space that the Service generates from your User Content. It includes the Room's estimated dimensions, floor plan, wall elevations, renders, views and design variations.
- "Output" means any result the Service generates from or in connection with your User Content. This includes any Room, drawing, floor plan, elevation, render, image, measurement estimate, design, arrangement or recommendation.
- "Room Credit" means a prepaid, non-refundable entitlement, purchased through the Service, that allows one Room to be built (see Section 7).
- "chez Materials" means the Service and all software, AI and machine-learning models, algorithms, the furniture and object catalogue, 3D models, textures, materials, finishes, colors and palettes, templates, drawing styles, watermarks, trademarks, logos, designs, text and other content that we or our licensors provide. It does not include your User Content.
- "Paddle" means Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates, which act as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
- "Preview Period" means an introductory period that we designate. During it, certain features and prices are offered on an early-access basis. "Preview Pricing" means the price we offer during a Preview Period.
3Eligibility
3.1You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an Account or use the Service. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18.
3.2You may not use the Service if any of the following applies to you:
- (a)applicable law prohibits you from doing so;
- (b)you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions;
- (c)you appear on any U.S. or other applicable government list of prohibited or restricted parties; or
- (d)we have previously suspended or terminated your access, unless we have given you written permission to return.
4The Service
4.1What chez does. chez uses computer vision and other artificial-intelligence technologies to reconstruct a room in three dimensions from photographs you provide. Depending on the features available to you, you can:
- walk through and view the Room;
- view an estimated floor plan and wall elevations;
- try furniture and objects from our catalogue;
- change colors, textures, materials and finishes;
- rearrange items; and
- share or export views of the Room.
4.2Inference. chez infers parts of a room that your photos do not clearly show, such as hidden corners, ceiling heights, occluded walls and surfaces behind furniture. Inferred elements may not match the real room and may show features that do not exist. Section 10 explains the limits on accuracy.
4.3Early access and features to come. chez is newly launched. Some features are offered during a Preview Period, and some may be labeled "preview," "beta," "early access" or "coming soon." We may describe features we plan to offer, such as automated design, shopping or subscription plans. We do not promise that any such feature will be released, will be released on any date, or will work in any particular way. Do not base a purchase on the expectation of a future feature.
4.4Changes and availability. We may modify, add, suspend or remove features of the Service at any time. We may also limit the Service in certain regions, devices or browsers. If a change materially reduces a feature included in a Room you have already paid for, Section 7.6 applies.
4.5Your equipment. The Service requires a compatible device, a current web browser with 3D graphics (WebGL) support, and an internet connection. You are responsible for these and for any data or connection charges.
5Your Account
5.1Registration. To build a Room, you must create an Account and verify your email address. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date.
5.2Security. You are responsible for keeping your password and verification codes confidential, and for all activity under your Account. This does not apply to activity caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures. Do not share your Account. Notify us promptly at help@reimaginehome.ai if you believe your Account has been compromised. We will never ask you for your password by email.
5.3One person, real identity. You may not:
- create an Account using false information or by automated means;
- impersonate another person; or
- create multiple Accounts to evade limits, restrictions, suspensions or promotional terms.
6Electronic Communications
6.1You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email and through notices within the Service. Communications we send electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
6.2We send service messages about your Account, purchases, Rooms, security and changes to these Terms. These are necessary to provide the Service, and you cannot opt out of them while you hold an Account. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Our Privacy Policy explains our marketing practices.
7Purchases, Pricing and Room Credits
7.1Paddle is the Merchant of Record. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle is the authorized reseller of the Room Credits and other paid entitlements you buy through the Service. Paddle does the following:
- processes your payment;
- calculates, collects and remits applicable sales tax, VAT and similar taxes;
- issues your receipt or invoice; and
- handles payment-related inquiries.
Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy. Styldod remains responsible for providing the Service. Paddle collects your card or other payment details directly, and Styldod does not receive your full card number.
7.2Prices and taxes. The price for each Room, and the total for your order, is shown before you pay. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless the checkout shows another currency. Applicable taxes are calculated by Paddle at checkout and shown before you complete your order. Your bank or card issuer may charge foreign-exchange or other fees, and we are not responsible for those fees.
7.3Preview Pricing. During the current Preview Period, chez offers Preview Pricing of US$1 per Room. Preview Pricing is available until the end date shown on the Service at the time of purchase, currently 10 November 2026. After that, the standard price applies. We have announced the standard price as US$36 per Room.
We may change prices, including the standard price, at any time. Price changes apply only to orders placed after the change takes effect. They never apply to Room Credits you have already purchased.
7.4How Room Credits work.
- (a)Buying several rooms. You may buy one or more Room Credits in a single order. When you buy Room Credits while building a Room, one credit is applied to that Room. The remaining credits stay in your Account for future Rooms.
- (b)One room per credit. Each Room Credit builds one Room: one interior space, captured from photographs of that space. A single Room Credit cannot be used for several rooms, a whole floor, a whole home, or an exterior. An open-plan area that reads as one continuous space counts as one Room. We make the final determination, reasonably and in good faith, of what counts as one Room.
- (c)Quantity limits. We may set limits on the number of Room Credits per order, per Account or per Preview Period. We may cancel orders that exceed those limits, or that appear to be placed for resale, abuse or fraud. If we cancel an order under this paragraph before any Room Credit from it has been used, the order will be refunded in full.
7.5Validity. Unused Room Credits remain available in your Account for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless applicable law requires a longer period. After that, they expire without refund.
Room Credits purchased at Preview Pricing remain valid after the Preview Period ends, for the rest of their validity period. You do not pay any additional charge to use them to build a Room.
7.6What a Room includes. A Room includes the features described at the time of purchase. A Room purchased at Preview Pricing includes:
- the Room's 3D walkthrough;
- its floor plan and wall elevations;
- furniture changes from our catalogue; and
- color and texture changes.
These are the features available during the Preview Period. After you have purchased a Room, you keep access to its included features for as long as your Account remains open and the Service is offered. We may improve or replace those features with equivalent or better functionality.
When we introduce new features, we will tell you whether, and on what terms, they are available for Rooms you have already purchased. New features may require an additional payment, a plan or a subscription.
7.7Building a Room and failed builds.
- (a)When a credit is used. A Room Credit is applied when you start building a Room.
- (b)Delivery. A Room is delivered when it is made available to view in your Account.
- (c)Failed builds. If a build cannot be completed and no Room is delivered, we will restore the Room Credit to your Account. This applies whether the cause is a technical fault on our side or photos that do not contain enough information. We may ask you to provide additional or better photos.
- (d)
What is not a failed build. A Room is not a failed build only because of any of the following:
- its estimated dimensions differ from the real room;
- inferred areas differ from reality;
- its style, lighting, color or finish differs from what you expected; or
- you are otherwise dissatisfied with a Room that was delivered.
7.8Purchases are non-refundable. All purchases, including unused Room Credits, are non-refundable. The only exceptions are those set out in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law. Before you pay, you will be asked to confirm that you understand this. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law, or any discretionary refund that Paddle may grant under its own terms.
7.9Room Credits are not money. Room Credits have no cash value. They are not currency, stored value, a deposit, or a gift card. Room Credits:
- may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, pooled or assigned to another Account; and
- may not be redeemed for cash, except where the law requires otherwise.
Unused Room Credits are forfeited if you delete your Account, or if we terminate your Account for a reason described in Section 21.2(a)–(d), subject to Section 21.4.
7.10Errors, acceptance and fraud. We or Paddle may refuse or cancel any order in the following cases:
- the order contains a pricing, product or technical error;
- the order appears to be fraudulent or unauthorized; or
- accepting the order would violate the law or these Terms.
If we or Paddle cancel an order for one of these reasons and no Room Credit from it has been used, you will receive a full refund through Paddle. We may correct errors in prices or descriptions at any time.
7.11Promotions. Promotional codes, free Rooms and other offers are subject to the terms stated with them. They have no cash value. They may be withdrawn at any time, unless their terms say otherwise. They may not be combined unless expressly permitted.
7.12No subscriptions at present. chez does not currently sell subscriptions, and no purchase renews automatically. If we offer subscription plans in the future, we will present their terms before you subscribe. Those terms will cover the renewal period, the price, how to cancel and any trial conditions.
7.13Payment disputes. If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first at info@reimaginehome.ai (see the Refund Policy). chez charges usually appear on statements as PADDLE.NET* CHEZ or similar. If you start a chargeback or payment dispute, the following may apply while it is reviewed, to the extent permitted by law:
- we may suspend access to the paid features and Rooms connected with that charge; and
- if the dispute is resolved in your favor, the related Room Credits and Rooms may be removed from your Account.
8Your Content
8.1You keep ownership. As between you and Styldod, you own your User Content.
8.2Licence you grant to us. You grant Styldod, its affiliates and its service providers a licence to use your User Content. The licence has these terms:
- (a)Scope: worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and sublicensable only to the extent needed for the purposes below.
- (b)Permitted uses: to host, store, copy, process, analyze, modify, adapt and create derivative works from your User Content (including Rooms, geometry, depth, surface and object maps, measurements and other Outputs), and to transmit and display it.
- (c)Purposes: to provide, maintain, secure, moderate, support and improve the Service.
- (d)Training: subject to the choices described in our Privacy Policy, to train, fine-tune and evaluate AI models developed or operated by or for Styldod.
This licence lasts for as long as your User Content is stored in the Service, plus a reasonable period for backups, legal holds and deletion processing. If you opt out of model training or delete your User Content, that change applies going forward. It does not require us to retrain or destroy models already trained. We will not use such models to reproduce your User Content in identifiable form for other users.
8.3No public marketing without permission. We will not publish your photos, your Rooms or your name in our public marketing, advertising or case studies without your permission.
8.4Your promises about User Content. You represent and warrant that:
- (a)Rights. You own your User Content or have all the rights, licences, consents and permissions needed to upload it and to allow us to use it as described in these Terms.
- (b)
Property you don't own or occupy. If your photos show property you do not own or occupy, you have the permission of the owner and any occupant. This covers, for example:
- a home you are buying, selling, renting or listing;
- a rental you manage; and
- a client's home.
- (c)Third-party photographs. You have a licence to use any photograph owned by someone else in this way. This includes, for example, listing photographs taken by a real estate photographer or brokerage, which are usually protected by copyright.
- (d)People. Your User Content does not feature identifiable people unless they have consented.
- (e)No infringement or illegality. Your User Content, and our use of it as permitted by these Terms, will not infringe or violate any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other right, and will not violate any law.
8.5Take care what's in the frame. chez is designed for photos of rooms, not of people or personal information. Before you take or upload photos, we strongly recommend removing or avoiding the following:
- people, especially children;
- identity documents, mail, screens and paperwork;
- keys, access cards, alarm panels and security codes;
- valuables you would not want seen; and
- anything that reveals your exact address.
8.6Our right to refuse or remove content. We may screen, refuse, restrict, mark as unsupported, or remove User Content or Outputs that, in our reasonable judgment, do any of the following:
- violate these Terms;
- fall outside the Service's supported uses;
- create legal, safety or security risk; or
- are subject to a valid legal complaint.
We are not obligated to monitor User Content.
8.7Keep your own copies. The Service is not a backup or archival service. Keep copies of your original photos and of any Outputs you want to keep.
9Outputs, chez Materials and Intellectual Property
9.1Your rights in Outputs. As between you and Styldod, and subject to your compliance with these Terms, Styldod assigns to you any right, title and interest it may hold in Outputs generated from your User Content. This assignment excludes the chez Materials embedded in or used to create those Outputs.
We grant you a licence to use the chez Materials as they appear in your Outputs. The licence is non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free. Under it, you may use, reproduce, display and distribute Outputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes, as images, drawings, documents or shared views.
You may not extract, isolate, download, reverse engineer or redistribute any chez Materials on their own. For example, you may not extract catalogue furniture 3D models, textures or materials. You also may not use chez Materials outside the context of your Outputs.
9.2No guarantee of uniqueness or protectability. Outputs are generated with AI. They may not be unique, and similar Outputs may be generated for others. AI-generated material may not be eligible for copyright or other protection in some jurisdictions. We make no representation that any Output is protectable or does not infringe the rights of others.
9.3Licence to Outputs for operating the Service. You grant us the same licence to your Outputs that you grant for User Content in Section 8.2. This lets us store, render, display and deliver your Outputs, including through share links you create.
9.4Watermarks, credits and AI markers. Outputs may carry:
- visible watermarks or credits, such as "chez by reimaginehome";
- title-block attributions; and
- machine-readable metadata or markers indicating that they were generated or modified with AI.
You must not remove, alter, obscure or circumvent these marks, unless your plan expressly permits it or applicable law requires it. You must not present an Output as an unaltered photograph, a professional survey or a measured drawing.
9.5chez Materials. The Service and the chez Materials are owned by Styldod or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws. We grant you access to and use of the Service only in accordance with these Terms. This right is limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
"chez," "chez by reimaginehome," "ReimagineHome," "Styldod" and related logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except to accurately describe Outputs created with the Service.
9.6Feedback. If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, we may use them for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.
10Measurements, Accuracy and No Professional Advice
10.1Measurements are estimates. chez estimates dimensions, areas, heights, positions and other measurements from photographs, using AI. Their accuracy depends on your photographs, including:
- how many there are and how much they overlap;
- the lighting, lens, and whether the camera is level; and
- any obstructions, reflections and clutter.
Measurements may contain material errors. Parts of a Room that your photos do not show are inferred and may be wrong.
10.2Verify before you rely. Do not rely on any Output for any of the following without first independently verifying it by measuring on site and, where appropriate, consulting a qualified professional:
- buying or ordering furniture, appliances, window coverings, rugs or other goods;
- fabricating cabinetry, joinery, countertops or built-ins;
- estimating quantities of flooring, paint, tile or other materials;
- construction, renovation, demolition, or structural, electrical, plumbing or HVAC work;
- permits, inspections or building-code, accessibility or fire-safety compliance;
- appraisals, valuations, insurance, financing; or
- statements of floor area or room size in a sale, lease or listing.
10.3Drawings are illustrative. Floor plans, elevations and other drawings produced by the Service are illustrative estimates. They are not to scale unless expressly stated. They are not architectural, engineering, survey or construction drawings, and they must not be used to obtain permits.
10.4Visualizations are approximations. Colors, textures, materials, lighting and furniture shown in a Room are approximations. Screens vary. Real products, finishes and paint colors may look different. We do not guarantee that any item will fit, function or look as it does in a Room.
10.5No professional advice. The Service does not provide any of the following kinds of services or advice:
- architectural, engineering, surveying, contracting, interior-design or construction services; or
- real estate, legal, tax, financial, insurance or safety advice.
Using the Service does not create a professional–client relationship with Styldod.
10.6Your decisions. You are solely responsible for decisions you make using the Service and Outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on estimated measurements or visualizations. Examples include return shipping, restocking fees, fabrication errors, rework, project delays and materials purchased.
11Catalogue Items, Products and Third-Party Merchants
11.1Catalogue items. Furniture, objects, materials and finishes in our catalogue are representative digital models. They may be generic or illustrative. Unless we say otherwise, they are not offers to sell any product. They may not match any real product's dimensions, appearance or availability.
11.2Shopping and links. We may introduce features that show, link to or help you buy products from third-party retailers, brands or merchants ("Merchants"). If we do, the following applies:
- (a)Any purchase from a Merchant is a contract solely between you and that Merchant, under the Merchant's terms, prices, shipping, warranty and return policies.
- (b)Styldod does not sell, manufacture, inspect or warrant Merchant products.
- (c)Prices, dimensions, availability and other details may be inaccurate or out of date. Verify them with the Merchant before you buy.
- (d)We may earn a commission or referral fee when you click or buy through some links. This does not increase the price you pay. Where required, we will identify such links.
12Sharing
12.1What a share link exposes. The Service may let you create share links or otherwise share Rooms and Outputs. Anyone who has a share link can view what you choose to share, and may be able to copy or forward it. Depending on your choices, this may include:
- the 3D Room;
- its floor plan and elevations;
- renders and edited images;
- your original photos; and
- your name or a creator badge.
If you post a link publicly, search engines and others may find it.
12.2Think before you share. A measured model and floor plan of your home can reveal its layout, entrances, windows and contents. Share only what you are comfortable sharing, and only with people you trust. Where the Service provides controls, you can disable a link you created. We may also disable links that violate these Terms.
12.3Recipients. People who view shared content are using the Service and must comply with these Terms. We are not responsible for how recipients use content you choose to share.
13Professional, Real Estate and Commercial Use
13.1Professional use. Interior designers, stagers, real estate professionals, architects, contractors and other professionals may use the Service for client work, subject to these Terms.
13.2Your clients. If you upload material about a client's property, you are responsible for the following:
- (a)obtaining the client's and any occupant's permission;
- (b)giving any privacy notices that the law requires; and
- (c)complying with your professional obligations.
You act on your own behalf, not as our agent. If you need a data processing agreement for client personal information, contact info@reimaginehome.ai.
13.3Real estate advertising. If you use Outputs in listings, MLS submissions, advertisements or marketing for any property, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, MLS and platform rules, brokerage policies and professional standards. This includes requirements to:
- (a)disclose that an image is digitally altered, virtually staged or AI-generated; and
- (b)make the original, unaltered photograph available where required.
California, for example, has such requirements for real estate advertising.
13.4No misrepresentation. You must not use Outputs to misrepresent a property. You must not:
- (a)conceal defects;
- (b)overstate size, condition, features, finishes or views; or
- (c)present estimated dimensions as measured floor area.
13.5Professional judgment. Professionals remain responsible for their own professional judgment, advice and standards of care. Any reliance on the Service does not shift that responsibility to Styldod.
14Acceptable Use
You must not, and must not help or allow anyone else to, use the Service to do any of the following:
Unlawful, infringing or privacy-invading uses
- (a)Violate any law or regulation, or anyone's rights, including intellectual-property, privacy and publicity rights.
- (b)Upload images of property you are not authorized to photograph or use.
- (c)Capture or reconstruct any space covertly, without the knowledge of the people who live or work there where their permission is required.
- (d)Surveil, stalk, harass or track any person.
- (e)Plan or facilitate unlawful entry, burglary, theft or any other crime.
Harmful content
- (f)Upload, generate or share content that is sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, harassing, violent, defamatory or otherwise objectionable.
- (g)Upload, generate or share content that exploits, sexualizes or endangers minors.
- (h)Upload images whose main subject is a person, rather than a room.
- (i)Create deepfakes.
Deception and fraud
- (j)Create deceptive or fraudulent material. This includes fake or misleading property listings, fabricated or exaggerated damage, or condition evidence for insurance claims, security-deposit, landlord–tenant or other disputes.
- (k)Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
Discrimination
- (l)Discriminate against anyone in housing, lending, insurance, employment or the provision of services.
Misuse of the platform, credits and our technology
- (m)Bypass, disable or interfere with security, access controls, usage limits, Room Credit or billing controls, watermarks, AI markers, or content moderation.
- (n)Resell, sublicense or provide the Service, Room Credits or Accounts to third parties, except as Section 13 permits for client work.
- (o)Use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Service or extract data or chez Materials, except through interfaces we provide for that purpose.
- (p)Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service or chez Materials, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction.
- (q)Use the Service, Outputs or chez Materials to develop, train or improve a competing product or AI model without our written permission.
- (r)Upload malware, overload or probe the Service, or interfere with other users.
15Moderation, Reporting and Notices of Illegal Content
15.1Moderation. We use automated tools and human review to detect content that is prohibited, unsupported or unlawful. We may remove or restrict content, disable links, or suspend Accounts after review. Where required by law and where practicable, we will tell you the reasons for our decision and how to challenge it.
15.2Reporting content. To report content or an Account, email help@reimaginehome.ai or info@reimaginehome.ai and include:
- the share link, Room or Account identifier, or other information that locates the content;
- why you believe it is illegal or violates these Terms;
- your name and email address (unless you are reporting suspected child sexual abuse material, which you may report anonymously); and
- a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith.
We aim to act on clearly unlawful content within 24 hours of a sufficiently substantiated notice.
15.3Appeals. If we remove your content or restrict your Account, you may ask us to review the decision within six months by replying to our notice or emailing info@reimaginehome.ai.
15.4Points of contact. Our single point of contact for users and for authorities, including under the EU Digital Services Act, is info@reimaginehome.ai. We accept communications in English. Where we are required to appoint a legal representative in the European Union, we will publish its details in this Section.
16Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
16.1Notices. We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:
Styldod, Inc., Attn: Copyright Agent
3500 South Dupont Highway, Dover, Kent County, Delaware 19901, USA
info@reimaginehome.ai (subject: "chez Copyright Notice")
Your notice must include:
- (a)your physical or electronic signature;
- (b)identification of the copyrighted work;
- (c)identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located;
- (d)your contact details;
- (e)a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and
- (f)a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
16.2Counter-notices. If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent. The counter-notice must include:
- (a)your signature;
- (b)identification of the material and its former location;
- (c)a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and
- (d)your name, address and telephone number, together with your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Styldod may be found), and your agreement to accept service of process from the complainant.
16.3Repeat infringers. We terminate the Accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
17Third-Party Services
The Service relies on and links to third-party services, including Paddle for payments and providers of email, hosting and other infrastructure. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
18Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information, including the photos you upload. It also explains your choices about AI model training.
19Preview and Experimental Features
Features or pricing labeled "preview," "beta," "early access," "experimental" or similar are provided for evaluation and early use. They may be incomplete, contain errors, have limits, or be changed or withdrawn. To the maximum extent permitted by law, they are provided without any warranty. Section 7.6 still protects the features included in Rooms you have purchased.
20Availability, Support and Inactive Accounts
20.1Availability and support. We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance that interrupts access. Support is provided by email at help@reimaginehome.ai.
20.2Inactive Accounts. If you have not signed in for 24 months, we may close your Account and delete its Rooms and User Content. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email first, so that you can sign in or download what you want to keep. Any unused Room Credits will have expired under Section 7.5 by then.
21Suspension, Termination and Account Deletion
21.1Deleting your Account. You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your Account through your Account settings, where available, or by emailing help@reimaginehome.ai. When your Account is deleted:
- your Rooms, Outputs and User Content are deleted as described in our Privacy Policy; and
- any unused Room Credits are forfeited without refund.
Download anything you want to keep before you delete your Account.
21.2Our right to suspend or terminate. We may suspend or restrict your access, or terminate your Account, in any of these cases:
- (a)you breach these Terms or Additional Terms;
- (b)you engage in fraud, payment abuse or chargeback abuse, or misuse Room Credits or promotions;
- (c)your use creates legal, security or safety risk, or harms Styldod, other users or third parties;
- (d)we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority; or
- (e)we discontinue the Service or any part of it.
21.3Notice. Where practicable and lawful, we will give you notice and our reasons before suspension or termination. We may act immediately in the following cases:
- serious or repeated breaches;
- fraud;
- security threats;
- legal requirements; or
- where notice could cause harm.
21.4If we end the Service, or terminate your Account without fault on your part. This Section applies if we discontinue the Service, or terminate your Account for a reason other than one described in Section 21.2(a)–(d). In that case:
- (a)we will give you at least 30 days' notice where practicable, so that you can access and download your Rooms and Outputs; and
- (b)we will refund, through Paddle, the amount you paid for any unused, unexpired Room Credits.
21.5Effect of termination. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 7.8–7.13, 8.2 (to the extent stated), 9, 10, and 14–31.
22Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE, THE CHEZ MATERIALS AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." STYLDOD, ITS AFFILIATES AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. THIS INCLUDES ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY AND QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- (A)ANY MEASUREMENT, DIMENSION, FLOOR PLAN, ELEVATION OR OTHER OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, TO SCALE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE;
- (B)ANY ITEM SHOWN WILL FIT, BE AVAILABLE OR LOOK AS DEPICTED;
- (C)THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE IN YOUR LOCATION; OR
- (D)DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
YOU USE THE SERVICE AND OUTPUTS AT YOUR OWN RISK. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, THESE EXCLUSIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND SECTION 27 APPLIES.
23Limitation of Liability
23.1TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STYLDOD, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THEY WILL ALSO NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
- LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, BUSINESS OR GOODWILL;
- LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA;
- COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES;
- COSTS OF FURNITURE, MATERIALS, FABRICATION, CONSTRUCTION, RETURNS OR REWORK; OR
- DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON ANY MEASUREMENT OR OTHER OUTPUT.
THIS APPLIES IN EACH CASE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY, AND EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
23.2TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STYLDOD'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- (A)THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; AND
- (B)US$100.
23.3Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. This includes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- gross negligence or willful misconduct, where the law prohibits limiting it; and
- rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
The limitations in this Section are an essential basis of the bargain between you and Styldod, and they reflect the low price of the Service.
24Indemnity
24.1What you agree to. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Styldod, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents. This covers all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise out of or relate to any of the following:
- (a)your User Content;
- (b)your use of Outputs, including in real estate advertising or client work;
- (c)your breach of these Terms; or
- (d)your violation of any law or third-party right.
24.2How claims are handled. We will notify you of any such claim, and we may participate in its defense with counsel of our choice. You may not settle a claim that imposes any obligation on us without our written consent.
24.3Consumers. If you are a consumer, this Section applies only to the extent permitted by the law of your place of residence.
25Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IF YOU LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES, IT REQUIRES YOU TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH STYLDOD BY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, AND IT WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. YOU MAY OPT OUT AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 25.8.
25.1Who this Section applies to. This Section 25 applies if you reside in the United States, or if you use the Service on behalf of a business located in the United States. It does not apply to consumers who reside elsewhere; Section 27 applies to them instead. It also does not apply where applicable law prohibits it.
25.2Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration or a court action, the party raising a dispute must send the other party a written notice of dispute ("Notice"). Notices to Styldod go to info@reimaginehome.ai (subject: "chez Notice of Dispute") and to the address in Section 31. The Notice must include:
- the sender's name and Account email;
- a description of the dispute; and
- the relief sought.
For 60 days after the Notice is received, the parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. If either party requests it, this includes an individual conference by telephone or video, which you must attend personally (with counsel if you wish). Limitation periods and filing-fee deadlines are tolled during this 60-day period.
25.3Agreement to arbitrate. Except as provided in Section 25.4, you and Styldod agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration. This includes the formation, existence, scope, validity, enforceability or interpretation of these Terms. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section 25.
The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve all disputes about the interpretation, applicability, enforceability or formation of this Section 25. The only exception is that a court decides disputes about Sections 25.6, 25.7 and 25.10.
25.4Exceptions. Either party may do the following instead of arbitrating:
- (a)bring an individual claim in small-claims court, if it qualifies;
- (b)seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to stop actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property, or unauthorized access to or abuse of the Service; and
- (c)bring a claim for public injunctive relief in court, where applicable law prohibits waiving such relief. Any such claim will be severed and stayed until the individual claims have been arbitrated.
25.5Rules, location and fees.
- (a)Administrator and rules. The American Arbitration Association ("AAA") will administer the arbitration under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. If you use the Service for business purposes, the AAA's Commercial Arbitration Rules apply. In either case, the rules are applied as modified by these Terms. The AAA's rules are available at adr.org.
- (b)Arbitrator and location. A single arbitrator will conduct the arbitration. Hearings will take place by video or telephone, or, at your election, in the county where you reside.
- (c)Fees. Payment of filing, administrative and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules. If your claim is for US$10,000 or less, we will reimburse your filing fee unless the arbitrator finds your claim frivolous.
- (d)Relief. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief that a court could award. The arbitrator's award is final and binding, and judgment on it may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
25.6Class action and jury trial waiver. YOU AND STYLDOD MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND STYLDOD EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person, and may award relief only to the individual party seeking it.
25.7Mass filings. This Section applies if 25 or more demands for arbitration are filed that raise substantially similar claims and are brought by the same or coordinated counsel. In that case:
- (a)the AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules will apply;
- (b)the demands will be administered in batches of up to 50 claimants each, with one arbitrator per batch; and
- (c)the parties will cooperate to resolve a small number of bellwether proceedings first.
Limitation periods are tolled for claims that are not yet in a batch.
25.830-day right to opt out. You may opt out of this Section 25 by sending an email to info@reimaginehome.ai with the subject "chez Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. The email must include your name, your Account email, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
25.9Changes to this Section. If we make a material change to this Section 25, you may reject it by emailing us within 30 days of the change. If you do, the most recent version of this Section that you accepted continues to apply.
25.10Severability. If the class action waiver in Section 25.6 is found unenforceable as to any claim or form of relief, that claim or relief will be severed and decided in court under Section 26. It will not be decided in class arbitration. The remainder of this Section 25 remains in force.
25.11Time limit. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one year after it arises. If it is not, it is permanently barred.
26Governing Law and Venue
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 25. Section 27 explains how your local law may also apply.
Subject to Sections 25 and 27, the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not arbitrated. You and Styldod consent to personal jurisdiction there.
27Consumers Outside the United States
27.1Your mandatory rights apply. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the mandatory laws of the country or region where you live. Where these Terms conflict with those laws, those laws prevail to the extent of the conflict.
27.2EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland. If you are a consumer residing in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the following provisions apply:
- (a)Law and courts. You keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Section 25 does not apply to you.
- (b)
Our liability. Sections 22 and 23 apply only to the extent permitted by your local law. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit liability for the following:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud;
- gross negligence or willful misconduct; or
- your statutory rights in relation to digital content and digital services, including your right to have them brought into conformity, to a price reduction, or to end the contract.
- (c)Withdrawal. Your statutory right of withdrawal is described in our Refund Policy.
- (d)Consumer arbitration boards. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
27.3Australia. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- to cancel your service contract with us; and
- to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
Where the law permits us to limit our liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
27.4New Zealand. If you acquire the Service for the purposes of a business, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.
27.5Canada and Québec. If you reside in Québec, Section 25 does not apply to you. These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec, and the courts of Québec have jurisdiction, to the extent required by law. You acknowledge that you requested that these Terms and related documents be drawn up in English.
27.6India. If you reside in India, you may raise grievances with our Support team (Section 31). This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the rules made under it.
28Export Controls and Sanctions
You will comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws. You will not use, export or re-export the Service in violation of those laws.
29Changes to These Terms
29.1Updates. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and change the "Last updated" date.
29.2Notice of material changes. If a change is material and adverse to you, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect, by email or through the Service. We may make changes with less notice where they are needed for legal, regulatory, security or safety reasons.
29.3Your options. If you continue to use the Service after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your Account before the effective date. Changes do not apply to disputes of which either party had given notice before the change was posted.
30General
30.1Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and any Additional Terms, are the entire agreement between you and Styldod about the Service. They supersede any prior agreements on that subject.
30.2Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, or to an affiliate.
30.3Severability and waiver. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
30.4Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, and failures of utilities, networks, hosting or payment providers.
30.5Relationship and third parties. No partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship is created by these Terms. These Terms do not give any third party any rights, except as expressly stated.
30.6Interpretation. Headings are for convenience only. "Including" means "including without limitation."
30.7Language. If we provide a translation of these Terms, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
30.8Notices. We may give you notice by email to your Account address or through the Service. You may give us notice as described in Section 31.
