1.4Clients of professionals. A designer, stager, agent or other professional may upload photos of your home for you. If they do, they are responsible for having your permission and for giving you any notice the law requires. Our handling of that content is described in this Policy.
1.5Questions. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@reimaginehome.ai.

4Your Photos: Special Considerations
4.1Photos of homes can reveal more than a room. A photo of a room can show people, family photographs, documents, screens, religious or cultural items, medical equipment, valuables and security systems. A measured model and floor plan of a home can also reveal its layout and entrances. Please:
- remove or avoid people (especially children), documents, keys, codes and valuables before you take your photos; and
- share Rooms only with people you trust.
4.2We do not try to identify people. Our room-analysis models are designed to recognize architectural surfaces, fixtures and objects, not to identify people. We do not use facial recognition. We do not create or store face templates, voiceprints, or other biometric identifiers. If a photo contains an identifiable person or sensitive information, we may reject it, mark it as unsupported, or process it only as needed to provide, secure and moderate the Service.
4.3We do not seek sensitive information. We do not ask for, and do not intend to collect, sensitive personal information through your photos. This includes information about health, religion, ethnicity, sex life or sexual orientation, political opinions, or finances. We do not use photos to infer such characteristics.
4.4Photo metadata. Photos can contain embedded metadata. This may include camera make and model, lens and focal length, orientation, capture date and time, and, if your device records it, GPS location.
- We use camera and lens metadata to help estimate scale and geometry.
- We do not use embedded GPS location to identify where you live or for any other purpose.
- We recommend turning off location tagging on your camera before taking photos.
4.5Other people's homes. If you upload photos of a home you do not own or occupy, you must have the owner's and occupants' permission. This includes a home you are buying, renting or listing, or a client's home. See Section 8 of our Terms of Use.
5How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- (a)
Provide the Service. This means:
- creating and managing your Account and verifying your email;
- building Rooms from your photos, and estimating measurements;
- generating drawings and renders;

- managing Room Credits, restoring credits after failed builds, and applying Preview Pricing; and

- enforcing our Terms; and
- handling reports and legal notices.
- (f)

- responding to lawful requests; and
- establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
6Legal Bases (EEA, UK, Switzerland and Similar Jurisdictions)
Where the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the Swiss FADP or similar laws apply, we rely on the following legal bases:
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Account, Room building, measurements, drawings, design features, downloads, share links you create | Performance of a contract with you |
| Orders, Room Credits, billing support, refunds and disputes | Performance of a contract; legal obligation (tax and accounting); legitimate interests (fraud prevention, payment security) |
| Service and transactional messages | Performance of a contract; legitimate interests |
| Marketing emails | Consent, where required; otherwise our legitimate interest in telling customers about similar products, with an easy opt-out |
| Launch list | Consent |
| Security, fraud prevention, moderation, enforcement of our Terms | Legitimate interests (keeping the Service and users safe); legal obligation where applicable |
| Analytics, diagnostics and improving the Service | Legitimate interests; consent for non-essential cookies and similar technologies, where required |
| Training and evaluating Styldod's AI models (Section 7) | Legitimate interests (improving the accuracy and quality of chez), subject to your right to object at any time; consent where required by law |
| Legal compliance and claims | Legal obligation; legitimate interests |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object (Section 15). Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
7AI Processing, Model Training and Your Choices
7.1How chez processes your photos. chez uses machine-learning models to analyze your photos. The models detect surfaces and structures, estimate depth and geometry, reconstruct the room in 3D, and generate drawings, renders and design variations. Some of this processing may be performed by third-party AI and computing providers acting on our behalf and under our instructions.
7.2No automated decisions with significant effects. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Automated moderation may flag or block content. You can ask for a human to review the decision (Section 15 of our Terms of Use).
7.3Model training. We may use the following to train, fine-tune and evaluate AI models developed or operated by or for Styldod, so that chez becomes more accurate:
- uploaded photos and the Rooms and Outputs generated from them;
- design activity and feedback;
- de-identified or aggregated information; and
- limited review samples.
7.4Your opt-out. You may opt out of the use of your photos and Rooms for model training at any time. To do so, email help@reimaginehome.ai with the subject "chez Training Opt-Out", or use the setting in your Account where available.
- Opting out does not affect the processing we need to provide the Service to you.
- Opting out applies going forward. It does not require us to retrain models already trained, but we will not use those models to reproduce your content in identifiable form.
7.5Third-party foundation models. We do not use your private photos, Rooms or Outputs to train third-party foundation models unless you expressly opt in. Where we use third-party AI providers, we apply contractual and technical controls appropriate to the processing.
7.6AI markers. Outputs may include visible watermarks or machine-readable markers that show they were generated or modified with AI. We may add these to comply with law and industry standards.
8How We Share Information
We share personal information only as described below. We do not sell personal information.
Paddle (Merchant of Record).
- Why: to process your payment, calculate and collect taxes, issue receipts, prevent fraud, and handle refunds and chargebacks.
- What: your email, country, order details and transaction identifiers.
- Paddle acts as an independent controller for its payment processing.
Service providers (processors) acting on our behalf. They may use the information only to provide services to us:
- cloud hosting, storage, content delivery and computing;
- AI and image-processing providers;
- email and messaging;
- customer support;
- analytics, error monitoring and performance; and
- security and fraud prevention.
- Within Styldod. Our personnel, and ReimagineHome systems operated by Styldod, may access information where this is needed for the purposes in this Policy. One example is the shared launch list.
People you share with. When you create a share link, anyone with the link can view what you chose to share. Depending on your choices, this may include:
- the 3D Room, its floor plan and elevations;
- renders and edited images;
- your original photos; and
- your name or creator badge.
- Merchants, if you choose. If we introduce shopping features and you choose to visit or buy from a retailer, that retailer receives the information involved in your request. Your dealings with the retailer are governed by its own privacy policy.
- Professional advisers. We may share information with our lawyers, accountants, auditors and insurers, under confidentiality obligations.
Legal and safety. We may share information with courts, regulators, law enforcement and rights holders where we reasonably believe it is required by law or legal process, or needed to:
- protect the rights, property or safety of Styldod, our users or others; or
- enforce our Terms.
- Business transfers. In a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy or sale of assets, we may share information with the parties involved, subject to appropriate confidentiality and safeguards.
- With your consent or at your direction.
9Payments
Payments for chez are processed by Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record. Your card number and security code are entered into Paddle's checkout and are not received or stored by Styldod. Paddle may use cookies and device data in its checkout for fraud prevention. For more information, see Paddle's Privacy Notice.
10Cookies, Local Storage and Similar Technologies
10.1What we use. We and our service providers may use cookies, local and session storage, pixels and similar technologies. They fall into these categories:

10.2Your choices.
- Where the law requires consent for non-essential technologies, we ask for it before we use them. You can change your choices at any time.
- You can also control cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may stop the Service from working.
10.3Browser signals. We honor Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signals as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information, and of targeted advertising, where applicable law requires it. There is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" browser signals, so we do not respond to them.
11Your Communication Choices

- Launch list. You can leave the launch list at any time in the same way.

13Deleting Your Account and Rooms
13.1How to request deletion. You may delete your Account through your Account settings, where available, or by emailing help@reimaginehome.ai from your Account email address.
13.2Before you delete. Account deletion permanently removes your Rooms and Outputs. Any unused Room Credits are forfeited without refund (see our Refund Policy). Download anything you want to keep first.
13.3What we keep. After deletion, we keep only the information we must or may lawfully retain under Section 12. Examples are order records and records needed for fraud prevention.
